AIIMS Paramedical Application Form 2023: How to Apply?

AIIMS Paramedical registration process is generally done online through the official website of AIIMS. Here are the basic steps to apply for the AIIMS Paramedical exam 2023.

  • Visit the official website of AIIMS (https://www.aiimsexams.ac.in/)
  • Click on the ‘Registration/Login’ link.
  • Select the exam for which you want to register. In this case, select AIIMS BSc Paramedical or AIIMS BSc Nursing exam.
  • Fill in your personal details such as name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, etc.
  • Upload your photograph, signature, and other necessary documents.
  • Pay the application fee through the available modes of payment (online).
  • Submit the application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Exam Pattern

For AIIMS Nursing BSc (Post basic)

AIIMS nursing 2023 BSc (Post basic) exam candidates have to follow a two-stage selection process. The two stages are:

  • Stage 1: Written examination
  • Stage 2: Personal Interview/Assessment

Exam duration 90 minutes (one and a half hour)
Mode of exam Computer-based test
Type of questions Multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
Sections Fundamentals of Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing including Anatomy, Physiology & Pharmacology, Obstetrics Nursing and Midwifery, Pediatric Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing and Professional Trends in Nursing.
Negative marking Yes (-1/3)

Stage 2: Personal Interview/Assessment scheme

Candidates who will be able to make it to the merit list based on the written exam will be called for the personal interview/assessment round. The second stage will have the weightage of 30 marks. Final merit list will decide the fate of the candidate based on their performance in both the stages. Almost three times more candidates will be invited for the interview than the actual number of available seats. The assessment process will count the following criteria:

  • Past academic record in the Higher Secondary or class 12 or equivalent examination
  • Past academic record in the Nursing examination
  • Performance as a Staff Nurse

AIIMS Nursing 2023 (BSc) Result

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, Examination section will announce the AIIMS Nursing 2023 result in the second and third week of June 2023, tentatively. The result will contain the candidate’s roll number and his/her overall rank. After the declaration of the result, a merit list based on the basis of ranking will be issued. Candidates in the merit list will be invited for the online counselling. On the basis of candidates’ performance in both the stages, they will be admitted to the respective programs.
